CALL for workshop coordination in social practices (SULCIS-IGLESIENTE)

Bisu.TV Project. Guidance, Communication and Creativity Pathways

Associazione Cherimus ODV is launching a call to select a candidate with experience in workshop-based practices to coordinate workshops as part of the project “Bisu.TV. Guidance, Communication and Creativity Pathways,” funded by the European Union – NextGenerationEU, through the public call for the funding of projects under PNRR resources – Mission 5 – Component 3 – Investment 3 – 2022 Annuity.

The Bisu.TV project aims to counter educational poverty and school dropout through a training pathway based on listening to and valuing the talents of young people aged 11 to 17, using the tools of art. The project will begin with a series of actions aimed at talent discovery and guidance. These will be followed by courses led by university professors and high-level professionals, as well as educational field trips to discover the cultural, natural, and economic riches of the local area. The content of these activities will be developed based on the young participants’ own interests and will provide the foundation for training pathways related to the production of a television program.

For this position, we are looking for a candidate with experience in workshop-based practices to coordinate a series of workshops for young people aged 11 to 17, in schools in the municipalities of San Giovanni Suergiu, Giba, and Carbonia, as part of the project phase dedicated to talent discovery. The selected candidate will coordinate the workshops, managing the various professionals involved: a tutor, a psychotherapist, and artists, in exploring the dreams and aspirations of the young people involved.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience organizing and managing artistic workshops with minors
• Driving license (Category B)
• Own vehicle
• Residence/domicile in the reference area (Sulcis-Iglesiente)
• Willingness to work as part of a team
• Schedule flexibility

SELECTION PROCESS
